Booking terms

An enquiry is not a booking. We send a clear tour plan and current price for you to review. Your booking becomes confirmed only after you approve the plan and complete the agreed payment.

Prices are shown in Thai baht per person where available. Park, boat, raft-house, transfer, and optional activity fees may be separate and are confirmed before you commit. An unknown price is shown as price on request; it is never treated as zero.

Khao Sok is a natural area. Routes, timings, and activities may change for safety because of rain, water levels, park guidance, or boat and accommodation availability. We will explain suitable alternatives as soon as we can.

Please tell us about ages, health conditions, allergies, dietary needs, and relevant swimming or walking confidence. We recommend travel insurance and ask every traveller to follow the guide’s safety instructions.
