Cancellation policy

Before a booking is confirmed, you can change your mind or adjust the enquiry without a cancellation fee. We will check a new date against live availability.

The applicable refund and fee terms are written in each confirmed plan because boats, raft houses, and park fees have different providers. If you need to cancel, tell us as soon as possible.

If our local team or the park considers a route unsafe, we may postpone, adapt, or cancel it and will offer the best available alternative, such as a new date or a safer route. Refunds depend on what providers have already charged and the terms in your confirmed plan.
